Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Snowline platform, including our website at snowlineapp.xyz, our APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and related applications (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Snowline (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered account holders, enterprise subscribers, and automated agents interacting with the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may register an account. Snowline supports direct account authentication as well as third-party OAuth providers, including Google Sign-In and X (Twitter).

When authenticating via third-party services, you authorize us to collect and store your verified identity information (such as name, email address, and profile image URL) strictly for authentication and workspace synchronization purposes.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Engage in unauthorized automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction beyond documented API limits.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the vulnerability of any Snowline system or network infrastructure.
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent authentication mechanisms, rate limiters, or access restrictions.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Snowline data feeds or API access without express written authorization.
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive network payloads.

Snowline offers free and premium subscription tiers tailored for individual researchers, analysts, and enterprise intelligence workflows. All tiers include daily verified milestone feeds, unlimited saved updates and press releases, and one automated Snowline Executive Briefing per day:

Saved-item capacity is a soft limit. If you exceed the allowance for your tier — including after a plan expires or is downgraded — your existing saved items are never deleted, hidden, or locked. You simply cannot add a new item until you remove one yourself. Daily Intel lookups reset at 00:00 UTC. Executive Briefings are generated automatically by our background pipeline at most once per day; they cannot be triggered on demand.

Paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or specifically provided in writing by Snowline.

The Service, including its design, logos, brand assets, code, APIs, algorithms, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Snowline and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Snowline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of any data, project submissions, comments, or materials you provide through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Snowline a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you provide may be implemented by Snowline without restriction or obligation of compensation.

NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE: Snowline is an intelligence and research tool. All valuations, market metrics, category rankings, and company updates provided through the Service are for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on Snowline constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNOWLINE, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
