Terms of Service

The rules, service agreements, and authentication policies governing your access to the Snowline enterprise tracking platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Snowline platform, including our website at snowlineapp.xyz, our APIs, MCP integrations, and progressive web applications (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, enterprise customers, and automated AI agents interacting with the Service.

2. Google & Third-Party OAuth Authentication

Snowline facilitates frictionless account creation and sign-in via third-party OAuth providers, including Google Sign-In and X (Twitter).

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance:

Snowline's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only request basic profile info (display name, avatar URL, and verified email address).
  • We do not request or store Google passwords, private calendar entries, contacts, or drive contents.
  • User data is used strictly to provide personal identity authentication and account access.

3. Account Types & Access Roles

Snowline offers multiple access tiers designed for individual exploration and professional enterprise intelligence:

Guest Access (Read-Only)

Allows public directory exploration and feed viewing. No database record is provisioned, and bookmarking or custom company additions are disabled.

Registered Free Account

Allows authenticated members to save up to 10 businesses to their personal watchlist with automated synchronization across devices.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Fair Usage

We offer premium subscription tiers with enhanced tracking capacity and automated AI intelligence report generation:

  • Starter Plan ($5 / month): Track up to 50 businesses, add custom companies, receive push notifications, and generate up to 50 Executive Reports monthly.
  • Pro Plan ($50 / year): Everything in Starter plus annual savings discount, priority data sync, developer API export capabilities, and up to 100 Executive Reports monthly.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle date unless canceled prior to renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing dashboard.

5. AI Intelligence & News Summarization

Snowline uses advanced Large Language Model (LLM) inference pipelines to generate real-time market summaries, key milestone extracts, and executive briefs from verified public RSS news feeds.

While we implement state-of-the-art deduplication and source verification algorithms, automated AI analyses are provided for informational and research purposes only. Snowline does not provide certified financial, investment, or legal advice.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, quota controls, or access authentication mechanisms.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the security architecture of the platform.
  • Upload malicious, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Use automated scrapers that degrade platform availability for other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOWLINE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

8. Modifications, Termination & Contact

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
